Integrity is the basis of making the stock price of a company to be the highest among the construction companies.
Among the management teams of the real estate developers, it is rare that father and son are both highly educated. The president, Wen-Tsao Lee, with his perseverance and bachelor degree of civil engineering form Cheng Kung University, founded Chong Hong development company in 1973. Now he already becomes the leader of the real estate industry in Taiwan and was selected as one of the best 50 CEOs in Taiwan by the Harvard business review magazine in 2018.

President Lee has two sons as the second generation. The elder one is Yao-Jong(Alan) Lee, who graduat- ed from National Taiwan University, with his master degrees in structural engineering and construction management from Berkeley, and his Ph.D. in construction management from Purdue University. The young- er one is Yao-Min(Roger) Lee, who graduated from National Cheng Kung University. They both continue to bring Chong Hong to a higher and more international level.

With the integrity and endurance of the first generation and the brightness and proactivity of the second generation, Chong Hong set the new record among the real estate development companies. The stock price of Chong Hong is always among the highest and its business performance was ranked as the top one in the service industry in 2012 by China Credit Information Service.
