Future Vision
Chong Hong is already 50 years old! Since Chong Hong was on the counter in 2002 and went
public in 2004, our performance growth is getting higher each year. Our stock price passed NT$20
in 2002 and was over NT$100 in 2006. In 2018, our sales revenue reached a record high and EPS
was NT$14.34. In addition to the business performance, Chong Hong also develops its product
carefully and attentively. Our residential projects on ZongShan N. Rd., in NeiHu district, and in
LinKou area; and our office projects in NeiHu technology park and Dazhi area, all became the local
landmark after they were launched.
Hong Lin construction company, a 100% owned subsidiary by Chong Hong, is also
growing rapidly and accomplished numerous amazing projects. Hong Lin brought in
ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), EIP(Enterprise Information Portal), BIM(Building Information Modeling), and fingerprint identification, which allows the staff to commu-
nicate, review construction documents, and control the budget more efficiently, and avoid the unnecessary cost.
In the future, Chong Hong and Hong Lin will work together more closely and move our
market area into Taichung in addition to Taipei and New Taipei city. We will make our
design, planning, and construction even better, and continue to work with internationally
and locally renowned architects and designers. Under the leadership of our founder,
President Lee, we have the best product with our integrity, best staff, and best suppliers.
